I need some technical help on the implementation of this
idea. The general concept is to harness the enormous and as
yet untapped reservoir of negative psychic energy that
emanates from Philthy Analson.
My idea is to strap electrodes to his cranium and try and
utilise this energy. I believe a several gigawatt power
plant should be achievable.
Power regulation will be quite simple. As a peak load is
required we simply switch in more computers and open up more
news groups for Philthy to browse and as off peak times are
reached we simply shut them down and restricted him to just
one or 2. This will mean taking him off his medication of
course and a "China Syndrome" event may occur so having this
approved by regulatory authorities could prove difficult.
As you would "damp down" a nuclear reactor perhaps we could
achieve something similar with giving him a toaster to fix
or some Quads to tinker with.
If more power is needed it would be a simple matter of
having people on the NGs that he known to dislike e.g a
woman with an opinion, an American with a different POV or
even someone that dislikes Quad ESLs
The other problem will be maximum out put will closely
follow the Lunar cycle i.e. maximum at around the full Moon
and then tapering off to a dribble when there is no Moon. I
would suggest more conventional subsidiary generation for
these times e.g.gas turbines or perhaps harness Philthy's
penchant for Fellatio but that would need to be looked into
down the track by other experts ;-)
So anything to add or other ideas welcomed?

to relieving Third World debt and then work out what to do
with what's left over afterwards ;-)
