Hello folks,

An excellent website here packed with a whole host of information.

I found myself finally tackling the multi tone alarm buzzer/transducer that is failing to sound fully in my kensington belling cooker and thus needs replaced.

So far I have removed the front plate and timer pcb and desoldered the tone/buzzer. I have priced a replacement timer that best price being £70! Which is fair enough if the whole pcb is faulty but in my case only the sounder needs replaced.

The issue I am faced with is sourcing a replacement sounder.

Can anyone identify the name of this and if possible know where to buy it?

Hi welcome to the forums :)

it "looks" like a standard 2 wire piezo ... just about any parts supplier should have them for a couple of dollars or so
