That woman isn't even nude, and doesn't look the tech type to me !

Herc misplaced the aluminum foil again. He can't seem to get the hat rite
    these days.

Herc, I hold the copyright on the image in the corner. I'll thank you to
    remove it.

Do you want to get sued yet again, this time by your only effective advisor?

I did wonder whether it could be criminal defamation, which would have
the advantage that the Queensland police would look into it, something I
gather they'd be only too happy to do.

Not a strong case, I think, but it's arguable, and police in Australia
are noted for their willingness to pursue even the most tenuous of
    prosecutions.

Of course, Herc, might simply be declared to be of unsound mind again,
but that would pretty much put the permanent clappers on his WIN case
that I've gone to such lengths to help him with.

The copyrighted image. Maybe defamation too (she has stronger grounds than Ted
    Baillieu anyway).

    No case whatever, in fact.
Not a shred of evidence that you are actually capable of thought.
Not for defamation they aint, stupid.
    Pigs might fly, too.
Not when it aint gunna happen.
    Your problem.

It's not my job. It someone wants to engage in the task, I have no
particular objection, though of course I'm by no means encouraging nor
    condoning it.

However, the adage that one gets what one pays for comes to mind, and
I'd have to wonder at both the competence and discretion of a hit man
    who works for free.

Somehow my news reader seemed to have picked up this post when I thought
I'd picked a post by Coach.

So I was reading it thinking it was from Coach. As soon as I got to this
line, I thought, that's not like Coach, that sounds more like Rod Speed.
Has Coach accidentally revealed him/herself to be Rod?

But no. I was quite correct to realise that this was a typical Rod bot
response, but it was indeed written under Rod's name.

There seems to be clear imputations that I

    a) now look like the larger image, and

    b) that I would pose for that photograph.

The first is probably not defamatory, but I'd say that the second is.

But there's not usually a lot of point in suing someone who has no money.

    I don't know about France -- probably they flip a 2-headed coin -- but
Australia has mostly followed some US jurisdictions and made defamation law
simpler, and truth is the only defence against an action.

In the past -- and maybe this still applies to some Aussie jurisdictions --
the complainant had to prove the libel was damaging (even if true)
    and/or was motivated by spite.

Well, that's not true. If you want a defence of truth, you have to get
    your facts right.

What about the time you dressed as nude and posed at a family public beach and
numerous people complained to the authorities who had to remove you from the family beach?
