Hello all!

I have a chinese bullet IP camera (model IPC-V8253F-EI) which has been struck by lightning through ethernet cable. It seems that the PoE part has got some damage because with regular 12v power supply it still works normally.

I think this part in the uploaded image is the PoE part but I have no luck identifying the components.

The parts I would like to know are: Z2 & Z3 (P821 4ACNS ?), Z4 (white, looks like a fuse), TVS1 (P352 5BGG ?).
Also if you have an idea about U1, U2 and U9 (the two similar components), I would be grateful!

Thank you in advance for all help! Best regards, Arto

Thank you for these previous tips! I have now replaced parts TVS1 and U9 but it is still not working with PoE. I managed to follow the ethernet line to PCB and now I think the main problem might lure on other card. Here is the picture of it:

I'm interested on upper right part of pcb. The longest connector on right side has ethernet pins (the first six from top) and the first component there is HST-0041SAR. Any clues could it be damaged by surge?
