Need telephone IC Type & Manufacturer (analog )

Hi

I need to redesign a telephone currently using non RoHs and discontinued
UBA2050 from philips

Requirements :

- RoHS
- for use with standard analog telephone line (POTS)
- keyboard connection for DTMF
- ringer output
- mic & speaker connection.

No other features (like handsfree ) needed.

Need some types and brands.
Who can supply this ?
