Looking for a Tektronix peak to peak detector 015-0408-00 with its probe
015-0413-00.
If you just have a probe thats a start. there are some 408s around

The 015-0413 is the detector,the 015-0408 is the detector amplifier.
For some gear,you need TWO 015-0413's.(per cal procedures)
