Need Schottky Diode

    I would appreciate a quick pointer toward someone who makes these
    types of diodes, so I don't have to just randomly guess and/or Google
    all night:

    A Schottky diode capable of 200-300 A peak current for a fraction of a
    second. It has to be a robust construction with no magnetic
    components, preferably glass
    encapsulated, but metal will do, and be capable of operation at 4.2
    degrees K.

    Yes, that's very very cold.
