Hi all! Might anyone have a schematic for the original GM radio that
was installed in my 1988 Chevrolet Suburban? This would be the digital
display one without a cassette or cd player. Very basic.. nice unit. I
have searched the web and not found anything. I would be happy to make
it worth your while to assist me. Email or post here. THANKS!!

I have bits and pieces copied. What part of it do you need and what are you
tring to do ? I also have a bunch of these radios for parts.

Just guessing that you might want to put a line in on it, forget the volume
pot, about 90% of them are DC control. Also there are variations in the amps
and tuners. If you need the tuner section, does it have a blue or orange
display ?

If you need the amp section, is it two chip or one chip. Also, turn the fader
mostly to the rear and crank it way up into clipping, if you hear the gain drop
automatically you got the amp with DDL. If you have the 5 band EQ, the three
tone controls are an addon to the regular bass and treble (a design which I
prefer BTW).

I'll see what I can find, but can probably supply some info from memory.
