i need a microcontroller (preferrably 8 bit) which has at least 3
timers
and a UART. Also require GPIO, atleast 3 8 bit ports. 8051
architecture is preferable.

they have 805xxx types that may
do just what you want.
P.S.
you will need a programmer for it also
look at there starter kits and order their
high dense package processor while your at it.
