Need information about diode VDAG01AT

Trying to fix Panasonic's TX-P46G15B SC board. Found few components that looks burned. One of them is this little diode marked with "12-". In Electrical Replacement Parts List its Part No. VDAG01AT, Part Name & Description - Diode. Thats it, nothing more. Googled that part number and can't find anything about it. Need some help to identify it.

All I can tell you is that they are available at Panasonic or Encompass parts.

Can't find any specs about it. I don't know what kind of diode it is. I'm new to electronic components. And what is weird in Electrical Replacement Parts List some of the components is missing. And in picture you can see resistor R627 with numbers 220 on it. I figured out those numbers. And multimeter confirmed it's 22ohm resistor. But in Electrical Replacement Parts List it says "R627 ERDS2FJ154 150KOHM, J,1/4W". I am confused.
