Hello.
I am trying to figure out an issue with a Dukane MCS350 at a school here in Bismarck, ND.
The issue is, that when I am in the classroom(Supposed to be room 32) and I push the call button, in the office, the ACC shows that room 63 is calling. and when you answer the call, there is nothing. No two way communication between the ACC and the Classroom whatsoever.
But from the ACC, if you page Room 32, you get two way communication between the room and the ACC.
So what I'm trying to figure out is what I need to do exactly to get Room 32 to show up on the ACC as Room 32 and not 63 when you hit the call button in the classroom?
Is this a wiring or a programming issue that has only been recently discovered due to new teachers in this classroom?
Unfortunately, Dukane isn't much help with troubleshooting with their products when you're not a dealer.
