I've been trying to draw a schematic of a PCB of a Belkin Conserve Socket I opened but can't quite figure out a few things. If anyone can identify these, please help.

What do these markings mean? Rev.A3, 94V-0, E320003, YF-2 ?

There is an unmarked chip (microcontoller? or Power IC?) called U1 below (I tried looking through a magnifying glass it says 6M2_. Theres also a Zener Diode Z1 but not been able to identify their rating -

There is this Q1, which I think is a transistor, marked 1P. Not sure what that means. The diode D1 - is it a Zener diode?

Rev 3 is simply revision number 3. Third attempt or update or upgrage.
E32000 whatever, is a number used to be able to trace the designer? Maybe..
94v-0 is 'I think' is the fire rating of the board.
U1, you will need the component markings to identify it. If it's possible!!
Do you mean Z2?
Q1 is a transistor. But p1 could be lots of things. No other markings?
D1 is a glass diode. But what type, I don't know.

Others here maybe able to help identify them.

Thanks Martin. I tried to look hard at U1, it says CM2X where X is unreadable.
Yes Z2.
Q1 just has 1P. I found the datasheets for this particular transistor but not sure what grade it is, but nobody will be able to find that out before going into detail of the schematics & circuit.

Sorry, we will have to wait for somebody that can identify them.
You may be able to measure the voltages around the components to get an idea of the voltage range?

I have found that sometimes with a light and magnifying glass, moving the board angle around sometimes shows the markings quite clearly.
Or using my camera in macro and viewing the picture helps too.
But smd components are a real pain for me.

You will probably be asked for pictures of both sides of the board where the components are as there are some discrete components too.
