Hello everyone. So i started learning about electronics slowly, my physics knowledge is really bad but i hope i can fix that.
This is my second electronics project so i decided to do something cool... http://www.electro-tech-online.com/imgcache/8472-14.gif
I end up doing this, i have no idea how it works and i barely connected everything to my breadboard.
I use 9V power source
3,5V , 0,02A 10leds
10k potenciometer
and 1k(didint have 1,2k) resistor exactly as shown in the scheme.
everything seemed to work fine but when i play music only 5 or 6 leds are glowing and the last 4 are not doing anything ;/ Whats should be wrong?
I tryed to read lm3915 description but there is so much information my head almost blew up :/ there is no way i can understand something with brains like mine, so i hope u got some simple explanation how to fix that :)

Pretty much the worst thing that can happen in a new electronics projects is that something noticeable suffers from "Electron Deprivation." In other words, check your wiring and connections first. After that you can start troubleshooting.

all my connections seems okay becuase i didint wire anything, just connected to breadboard. is there any way that my LED voltage is too big or my power source too low?

show some sharp and well lit pics of your construction to be checked for errors

Im not sure if u can see all connection so il tell ya.
Pin 1 connected to first LED
Pin 2 connected to pin 4 and also connected to ground
Pin 3 connected to pin 9
Pin 5 connected with a wire to anywhere so i can connect it with my audio.
Pin 6 is connected to Pin 7
Pin 7 has a resistor connected with Pin 8
Pin 8 is connected to one side of potentiometer
Pin 9 is connected to V+
Potenciometer middle leg is connected to one of the side legs and side leg is connected to ground, and the other potentiometer side leg is connected to pin 8 as i already said. Thats all

OK first problem I see is .... if pin 1 is the lower left pin of the chip ... the jumper from it isn't connecting to anything
