need help with identifying this part

I need help with identifying this capacitor that is on the picture I have included. I would appreciate someone telling me the values, and where I can buy it, and if there is any substitute parts that I can replace this particular part with. The numbers on the part are
7 NF13
XX 0600M
404100C

the XX I can't identify the numbers/letters. it is hard to read

I have a problem identifying parts as well. Next time you are at a grocery store buy a box of alcohol swabs. Shouldn't cost much and the hours of trying to get a part number to shine in the light go away . . . pretty much. I still need to wear my glasses and use a magnifying glass, but then I was born before dirt was invented.
