Need Help with a motor control

    I need help what I need is for a motor control when a line goes up and closes a limit switch it would allow the motor to run 3 seconds even after the limit switch is open this would allow the line to be loose and as it pulls up again same thing

    Your description of the circuit operation is a bit vague, (not helped by the lack of punctuation making the current description difficult to understand) and our advice is given based on the detailing of the question... however what I think you're asking is as follows:

    Use a 3 second non-retriggerable monostable who's output is used to momentarily short the limit switch for the 3-second period you require.

    Google 555 monostable for suitable circuits. Use the 555 output to drive a relay where the contacts of the relay are wired across the existing limit switch.
