Hello im trying to understand the difference between the ground points on pin 2(AGND) and pin 4(presence/AVCC) I notice they are different arrows and im guessing they are two different kinds of ground but i dont understand why the AVCC pin would be connected directly to the filtering capacitors as it seems to have nowhere to go and isnt really grounded at all especially as avcc is a power pin and not a ground pin it looks like it could cause complications.

im trying to make a new front panel pcb board for my case if you know what the different arrows differentiate please enlighten me thanks :D
