I have some high voltage resistors that I'm trying to identify. They
are rectangular ceramic substrate with epoxy coating. They're about
1/4" tall and either 3/4" or 1.5" long. The longer ones have VINC 106
printed on them and the shorter say VINC 103. The values appear to be
170M, 260M and 1G/1000M. Does anyone know who Vinc is? I'd like to
figure out what the voltage and power ratings are on these guys.

Kevin,

Most likely VISHAY - they make a lot of the high voltage resistors
used in military RADARs - the VINC is their marking on MIL stuff.

That was my first guess also, but I can't find anything that matches
these parts. The FHV line looks closest, but there is not an FHV that
is 0.75" long and my parts are marked with just "VINC 103" (.75" long
ones) and "VINC 106"
