    Hi all,

    I came across a part that I can't identify. The manufacturer is National
    Semiconductor and it's a TO-92 case style with three leads. The number on
    the device is NB121EI. Any help identifying this part would be appreciated.

  2. Hi,

    It is fairly unremarkable, low-power, silicon PNP device.

    NB121EI (Si, PNP)
    Vceo(max) = 35V
    Ic(max) = 100mA
    PD(max) = 600mW
    hFE = 180
    fT = 100MHz
    Cob = 3.0pF
    Case Style = TO-92 (base in the middle)

    Cheers - Joe
