most likely a silicon controlled rectifier SCR

    the 210 could probably be 200V 10A

    Hi Davenn,

Thanks for your help but is there anyway I can check if it was 200V 10A?

Cause I had 2 that need to be replace which one was SCR 210 - 6 - 9414 and another one was SCR 210 - 6 - 9402. I wasn't sure if 2 are the same or not?

    1994, 14th week 1994, 2nd week

    Hello everyone,

I am trying to find this same part to repair my charger but I couldn't find it part # SCR210 made by Motorola. Do you have any idea where I can buy it ?
    Thanks

    .Sir tbm700 . . . . . . . . . . . .

But . . .but . . . . . SCR 210 numbering does not validate, but that very distinct MOTOROLA logo with a code date of the past of the 12th week of 1994 will equate.
With it agreeing with their MAC210-6 units and with it being a SCR . . .but a dual directional SCR . . . or how we clazee Amellicans say . . . . . TRIAC.
Rated 400 volts at 10 amps

    Check it out . . . .
