Need CATV connector card for Sylvania SRT2220P TV

Not sure if this is proper terminology for this part.
TV fell off table pulling CATV cord and connector. TV is okay.
this resulted in threaded plug on TV to break away from the card.
Want to desolder card and re-solder new one if i can find this part.
Numbers off case on side read: "UTUNNTUAL025; TEDH9-300A; 1612CT5B"
Any information on how I can obtain this part is appreciated. I have
experience with desoldering and want to self-repair.

The part you need is the Tuner. You should be able to order one from Funai, who
is the manufacturer of the set. Use the UTUN part #.
I assume this set was purchased at Sears? If so you can also order through
Sears, but they need the model number and other info and it will be more
expensive. Chances of finding a parts person at Sears that knows enough to tie
their shoes is about 1 in 50.

If the board within the Tuner is not destroyed you actually may be able to
have a technician just replace the RF Connector to the existing tuner.
Suggestion, this is not a DYI if you are not a qualified tech.

The part I am looking for is the Tuner for this model TV. It is the
F-61 Connector that broke off and damadged the Tuner electronic board.
