Some time ago I added the serial interface modual (updated firmware
and PCI-MINI 9pin adaptor) to my Gemini 3200. All went well and
interface to a PC was working well within the closet but when I
extented my wiring to bring the interface to my automation PC I ended
to swaping a couple of pins and blew out the serial port on the 3200.
Since the rest of the board worked fine, I've left it as is for a
couple of years. Now I want to get the alarm interface to my
automation system up and running. Is there any way to repair the
serial interface on the board or do I have to replace the entire
thing? Thanks!

I do not think so. Napco cautions that you will damage the board. Perhaps
you can get a dealer to send the board to Napco for repair for you.

When using a PCI-2000 interface it blows a fuse int he interface when you
get the wires reveresed, but with a PCI mini you will daamge the alarm
board. I alwasy test my long patcgh cables int he office on the PCI-2000
just to make sure its ok.
