As the result of a previous post by me, concerning a problem that I am
having with a Napco P-3200, I received a direct email from Napco's
president, Tom Karl. Tom offered his help and the backing of his tech
staff to do whatever may be necessary to help find this problem and
correct it. I was very appreciative(sp) of his e-mail and concern.
Wow! wish we could all deal at the top with the CEO, president, owner
of the businesses, when we have problems on a daily basis. Guess we
will just have to be content in dealing with their underlings.
