According to my SIA list, UX means undefined alarm condition occurred.

Might be zone 1 & zone 6.

Make sure you have 11's in all reporting codes. I never did trust DSC
autoreporting format option.

anybody know what a UX6 or UX1 is?

Where does one find the big master list of all SIA reporting codes? (I
don't trust the short version in the back of the DSC install manual).

Download the event log from the panel and match the event with the time the
CS received the signal, that should tell you where it came from.

This is funny because?
You think there aren't different SIA formats like:
y SIA format, 110 baud
Y SIA format, 300 baud
SIA High Security
SIA-1
SIA-2
Supports text programmed in panel
SIA-3
Supports text programmed in panel

And you weren't aware of that?
Were you aware that DSC panels (especially older ones) weren't good at
sending the full SIA format of all information (or Contact ID for that
matter)?
Keep laughing then.

none of that matters if you don't have communications turned on in
programming.;)
