My first SPICE netlist - what is wrong?

    Hi Guys :)
    I include below a SPICE netlist pertaining to a filter/detector circuit. I have not used SPICE before, and am stymied by an error which prevents the simulation from running and has something to do with an op-amp.
    Can anyone please help me understand what is going on with this simulation?
