MPF102 or 2N3819 in smd form?

To my suprise both the MPF102 and 2N3819 are not available in smd parts,
only thru hole. Anyone know some similar substitutes in smd footprints?

I use MMB4393 and it's relatives as plain ole JFETs at audio freq. Not sure
about their HF performance.
