Hi,

I never had an IPod or similar device, but I was thinking about buying
a Sandisk 2 or 4GB MP3 player so I can transfer MP3 music to it from my
computer via the USB port. Next, connect the Sandisk MP3 player to my
"boom box" via a line level stereo input connector.

Will this device work with my "boom box" with this type of connection?

Thanks in advance, Brad

almost certainly.

You may find peel-n-stick velcro handy for
keeping the two devices together.

Bye.

I own a SanDisk Sansa 4 gb. It's body is round, wouldn't be flush on the boom box unless you made a holder for it.

Might want to look for a flat mp3 player. I think SanDisk does have some more ipod looking players, with a color screen, but I don't think it does video.

If you don't mind modding your boombox, I'd bet you can find a place to make the mp3 holder look like it's belongs.

Have fun!

:)
