motor diagram

Hi! I'm trying to build an oven hood. I'd like to reuse an old motor from a hood/microfan combo. But I can't figure out the wiring diagram. Its a two speed motor, but I'd be fine with it being fixed to one speed. All I want to do is hook it up to a switch.

they should have a 6uF capacitor across them as shown in the diagram make sure its voltage rated ok... in this case the cap. should have a 400VAC rating
