Hi, I designed a P-Channel MOSFET circuit for switching 6.5V and 0V to rail named VOUT. When Q5 becomes ON (3.3V) VCE= .085V and this is further divided to .0425v to the gate of Q6. and I am getting 6.5V

When Q5 becomes OFF (0V) VCE= 5.876V and this is further divided to 2.941V to the gate of Q6 and I am expectiving a value closer to 0 V but still i am getting 6.5V.

Please help me in this regard

Take out R18 and R22 and connect the gate directly to the collector of Q5.

Also, you must have some load on the drain of Q6 in order to make a measurement of it's voltage meaningful.
