Hi, I designed a P-Channel MOSFET circuit for switching 6.5V and 0V to rail named VOUT. When Q5 becomes ON (3.3V) VCE= .085V and this is further divided to .0425v to the gate of Q6. and I am getting 6.5V
When Q5 becomes OFF (0V) VCE= 5.876V and this is further divided to 2.941V to the gate of Q6 and I am expectiving a value closer to 0 V but still i am getting 6.5V.
Please help me in this regard
