MOSFET Current Sharing

We are using four Mosfet(PHW80NQ20T) in parallel(linear mode) to Carry 6.25A each. The current sharging between all the mosfet are not equal, for our ciruit using an opamp between gate and source is not suitable. Can any one suggest any other method of control.

Can you allow some ballast resistance in each source? Can you allow individual fine gate voltage trim for each fet? These are simple practical means to assist current sharing in linear control. They have their disadvantages though.
