Missing remote and motor controller

Hello all,
My name is joe, this is my first post and a complete newbie to electronics,
I have a new project on the go and i have come across a stumbling block, let me explain.
I have purchased a couple of segways (chinese copy) called wind rover, which have in there time, been water damaged.
The motors i have tested them isolated and there ok,
So i put the rover back together to test the motor controllers, and after a trawl through the net i have learned these are actuated via a rf keyfob so i cant complete testing untill i enable the board.

Looking at the pcb the is an antenna, a crystal chip marked 6.7458m thats all i know, i will attach a couple of pics,

I think i need to either disable the on board module or find a remote on the right frequency to enable, i might be miles away with my thinking but you get the drift.

I would be very greatfull for any help as im about exhausted looking through the net, i know im not asking the correct question, thanks

Has there been any damage caused by the water? I see something above IC6 and a 'link?' close to IC13.

Either way, if the board is activated by an RF key fob then the signal is probably coded to the board and finding out what code is required won't be easy - may be impossible.

Good morning,
I cleaned the board yesterday with contact cleaner and everything looks a lot cleaner, no blown chips no burns
I need to find a replacement board then.
Im not sure if there is a giro fitted to the board, are they mechanical or a chip

Both. Teensy-weensy micro-mechanical gyro inside a chip.

Ok, thanks for the info, need some one to clone my controller, any reputable builder interested or know where i can get one done
