Mini Motion and Mini Beam

i have 5 windows to protect. Cant do it with regular beams. Basically
it is like this: Cant remember what you call that besides an arch (?)

It has 5 windows, one on each side. The window frames are very small. I
was just going to protect these with some Mini Wireless TX's from
Ademco, but the client really wants to keep the windows open alot, and
I was trying to get away from venting. There is nothing to put a beam
to cross all of them. Same type of set up in the back yard but the
house goes out more so I can cross those windows with a beam.

Are there any mini outdoor beams that I can put on the outside frame of
the windows? The gap on the window frame is small, like 1" maybe, there
is nowhere to mount a full beam, between the windows is just a couple
inches.

Or is there any small Motion I can mount inside the frame, looking
down? The window is a double hung, lower side only moves, goes up.
Screen is on the outside.

this is kinda what it looks like:

Also, are there any recessed mini Motions, that have pet imunity, or at
least can be mounted half way down the wall and the beam pattern only
looking straight ahead and/or up so as not to catch the cat. It is
brick wall with sheetrock over it (small space in between).

thanks
rory

looks like my image didnt come out the way I wanted it to ..arghh

anyway,

for the motion, it doesnt have to be recessed. mini would be nice, and
as long as I can turn it upside down or put it on long so it doesnt
look down then thats ok. Its just a couple of them as back up to beams.

Visonics (i think it was them) used to make a mini-recessed pir that fit into a 3/4" to 1" whole. Still though putting a pir across open windows may be a problem.

You have my email...send me what you tried to post. I'll see if I can find that mini pir...I have one out in the garage :)

That's the puppy!! Thanks.

Rory, if you are using a panel that allows for cross-zoning you could put a couple of the Spy's positioned across the window area...then cross zone them to each other to reduce false alarm possibilities.
