Using a Milwaukee cordless sawzall cat #6515-20 yesterday and it just quit. Changed battery, tested switch with volt meter, checked brushes and all good. Called the tech hotline and the said it was probably the feelers or field or something couldn't get it through the guys accent. Checked the diagram and only the service field made sense. Would rather just buy the part and do it myself for $25 than pay $105 to send it away. Anyone got any advice or ideas?
