    Hi all,

I got introduced to a memory chip by my friend. While going through its datasheet, I noticed that it did not have any reset pin mentioned in the pin diagram. After going through it, I found out that a RESET command in software is used to reset the chip.
    So my confusion is:
    1. Do we have MCU / memory chips without a hardware reset pin? If yes, how do they reset themselves when the code gets corrupted?
    2. Do these devices use any other technology to replicate the same function?

I am new to memory chips and haven't used them anywhere, so if my understanding is wrong please correct me.
This is the datasheet of that chip: https://www.mouser.in/datasheet/2/671/2gb_nand_m29b-1879920.pdf

    Thanks in advance
