I didn't find it there, but I have a copy of Motorola's
preliminary two-page datasheet. It's a divide by 15/16
with 5V-CMOS-compatible outputs that works to 140MHz.

Sorry no datasheet is available on this partnumber . call or email for a
datasheet request.

Yes, it has the pinout. But I'm sorry, Google Groups
only lets me see n... of your email address name.
