Witch is the maximum battery capacity in Amps for a 12v 85watt PV panel?
The system is controled by a Solarix Steca 550ri

No existe un máximo.

El cargador entregará energía según la radiación que reciba mientras esté
descargada la batería. Conforme vaya cargando irá entregando menos
corriente.

El problema está en los días que tarde en completar la carga de la batería;
ya que normalmente la batería se dimensiona en función del consumo previsto
y no en función del cargador que tengamos.

Witch is the maximum battery capacity in Amps for a 12v 85watt PV panel?

Well, it's not amps, but amp-hours, and I wouldn't want to go much
over say 1,000 amp-hours, as that'd take a month to charge, and
self-discharge starts getting important.

Usually, you'd look at your load first, then size the batteries for
your required autonomy, then size the panels to charge that battery
array, given the insolation available at your site...
