    I doubt your Solar panel has Enough Output Current.
    When you Step up the Voltage, The Output Current Goes LOWER.

    And When you apply a Load that Draws More Current than is Available, Than the Voltage will DROP Even LOWER.

    Sorry, you're right.
    An example of an working circuit would of helped.
    But it was my fault by not making the connection "not MMPT controlled" >> "MPPT".

    I wonder if there are other similar circuits in this power "range". Searching on Google I found only for higher/lower...
