Mastech MS8050 DMM - bench type

I have a DMM bench model MS8050 (Mastech) that is to be used for a sheet resistance measurement automation project, I need to control the measured data capture, the software that comes with the meter just keeps collecting data dumped by the meter at 5 samples a second. I am trying to control it by toggling the DTR on RS232, but was unable to figure-out the baudrate and syntax/format... to decipher the data stream, can someone help...
