Lost Alarm Code Eagle 4700 DL

I lost the alarm code during a power outage and now the system wont let
me back in. The panel wont stop beeping. Is there any way to reset
and enter a new Arming Code(Primary User)?

Not without knowing the old code unless you want to default the entire panel
