    Hello, I am looking for CMOS timer TS556IDT spice model. Does anybody have info/links related to it?

    Welcome to our forum.

    You will most likely not find one.
    The 556 is a dual timer, essentially 2*555 timers in one package. Look for a generic 555 timer model. Many manufacturers offer SPICE models for their parts. The 555 model is e.g. included in the LTSPICE package.
