looking for FET's working at 4.2Kelvin

I have to build a LF amplifier stage working in liquid helium.
Those I found in the literature as CF739 (Siemens), SGM2006M, 3SK164 (both
Sony) are discontinued.
Does any one know some types available for this job?
Or even better is there a web page listing electronic components working at
cryogenic temperatures?

However I don't need a microwave amplifier.

Mine should work in the 10 to 50 kHz range.
For this application I'm looking for FET's commercially in trade, working in
liquid helium.

As long as my memory last Siemens built types usable at so low temperature.
General speaking some types won't work others work, try out.
