I am looking for a DC powered 60A DC relay to use as a disconnect for my
diverter. I have a Trace SW2512 set up with the generator auto start.
I also have a 720 watt diverter routed through a 60A DC breaker. My
intent is to have the inverter, using one of the relays provided,
energize the relay and take the diverter offline while the generator
runs. I don't think arcing is an issue in this setup as the relay will
be normally closed and when energized there most likely will be no
diversion current flowing if the generator starts unattended. If I
start it manually and the diverter is dumping load then I can use the
breaker.

Any pointers? What I have found doesn't fit the bill.

Look at Mouser electronics, there are some with that rating, coil draws
about 500 ma not bad.

That does the trick! Thanks.

Get a battery isolator solenoid from a Ford Camper Special (or your
friendly auto parts store). Looks like a starter solenoid but rated
for continuous service.
