You mean the Atmel logo that says Atmel? There's no point including that - the manufacturer's name is kind of obvious! See the comments at the bottom. Same for many others.

I noticed the URL at the bottom of the article: www.electronicspoint.com/resources/.47 - it's possible to access the resource without the "." in it: www.electronicspoint.com/resources/47, just thought I'd mention that as it may be easier .

Here is another "Logos" site has some additions to the ones Harald posted.

From time to time we find new names not found on all the above sites/lists.
I think we should add them here(?).
What do you guys think would be the best way to do that?

The startpage is on the A, but all others can be choosen on top.
On most logos there are links available to the manufacturer.
