Logitech x530 master volumne knob

    Hey guys,
    Im new in this forum and hope somebody can help me here :)

    I bought a pair of new speakers for my PC and unfortunately they came broken... (it looked like a really nice offer at the amazon marketplace ...)

    The problem is: The master volume knob (on one of the speakers) has fallen into the speaker. Its not attached anymore and I hope that it is possible to reattach it properly.
    Im not the best in electronics but I still hope someone can explain it to me in a way that even I can understand it :)

    I will upload some pictures immediately

    I recommend you follow up on whatever warranty amazon offers.

    yes, I went to an electronic shop today and asked there ... they said it cant be repaired :( I guess I have to send it back.

    Well still... thank you :)
