    Hey guys,
Im new in this forum and hope somebody can help me here :)

I bought a pair of new speakers for my PC and unfortunately they came broken... (it looked like a really nice offer at the amazon marketplace ...)

The problem is: The master volume knob (on one of the speakers) has fallen into the speaker. Its not attached anymore and I hope that it is possible to reattach it properly.
Im not the best in electronics but I still hope someone can explain it to me in a way that even I can understand it :)

I will upload some pictures immediately

    Thank you for your help.

I recommend you follow up on whatever warranty amazon offers.
