    Hello!

Before I start I would like to say I have little knowledge when it comes to electronics, but if you tell me what to solder where I can handle myself.

I apologize if this isn't the right place to post this.

So I have a 72in H x 30in W book shelf with 5 levels that I would like to light up with LED strips.

I was inspired to do so when I saw this post: http://imgur.com/a/4rnki

Just like in the post I would like each shelf to have it's own color all powered by one wall adapter power supply.

But I have no idea how I would power each LED strip, on each level, to one power supply or even what type of adapter to use.

I am capable of soldering I just need help finding the right tools to powering each LED strip.

If I need to clarify things just ask.

Any help at all is very appreciated!
