led circuits

hello can anyone help me i got to design a circuit with 4 leds running of a 12 volts power supply and when one led is blown or cut off the rest will still illuminate so if anyone has any knowledege to share be much appreciated

Sounds to me like you should put 4 LEDs in parallel to the power supply. Each LED should have a series resistor, so that the current flowing through the LED is as specified by the LED data sheet. If any LED fails, the others would continue to work.
