Before, the electronic people do a lot of thing, I am no the time to
compulse, but, simply, in my collection of
elektor (english), summer circuit of 1978 (P7-89)you find the AN41 (with
100k bridge and 100K feedback) but try for 709,741,ca3130,3140,LF357 and
LM301 and the highest frequecy for each.. 325Khz...100Khz.... function of
For pattent an idea is "something very new", the AN41 Xtal oscillator give a
new idea: oscillator two poles (one low RCon -,second high: Xtal on positive
feedback), the oscillate is one the dominant.
It's a new idea to change an Xtal to an LC?, try to pattent, and see. A Xtal
can to be see as L//C or Lserie C(trivial), and you put in serie or // in
the feedback. A "revendication" cannot be simply a trivial change. At
opposit, if National had a pattent on AN41 (they not), you will must pay
royalties!. In 70's nobody think to revendicate a trivial, and give 'freely'
an pattent(?) idea (National).... But the world change.

Then stop compulsing and go away. It's obvious that you've plagarized
Neil's design and architecture, so quit explaining.
