I have a display panel that goes on a NEC 17vx monitor. Two of the flat cable that brings signals between the small bord screwed on the display and the display itself are unglued.
I want to know if it's possible to correct the problem. I've already try to heat the cables as I read on Internet but without any result.

The screen is a QD17EL07 from Quanta Display.

    Thank you.

your lcd panel is now scrap-they can be repaired but it is a repair that can only be carried out with the correct equipment-namely a tab bonding machine, laminator removal tool etc and it would cost more than a replacement monitor would
