LCD laptop screens as monitors

    I' ve seen in a lot of forums that we can use laptop screens as
    monitor "simply" buying an image processor (if that monitor hasn't it)
    and connecting it with the vga and the screen.

    That image processors aren't cheap.

    Another way? I think it' s possible to emulate them. Anyone who can do
    the work? Anyone who knows another way?

    This post has been addressed many times in these n/g. The interface to the
    laptop screens is normally proprietary to the manufacturer's application and
    even specific to the model line of the devices. Generic interconnects, etc
    would be cost prohibitive.
