hehe... If only that were true we could easily quarantine them.

The short story is he's a Republican U.S. Senator from Idaho. Last
year, he was busted for homosexual lewd conduct in an airport restroom,
later bargained down to disorderly conduct.

Bob Pownall

For which he pleaded guilty! Since, he is trying in court to get the guilty
plea reversed. I guess he really didn't mean it.

The irony is that he, like many republicans, is a right wing moralist with
an anti-gay agenda who supports legislation to reduce the rights of
homosexuals, prevent their marriage, keep them out of the military and other
actions against them.

But, he claims he is not a homosexual. There is evidence to the contrary
making him a hypocrite or the worst kind of legislator supporting laws
against what he himself may do.

The hypocrite factor is what made the case sensational. It was all over the
American press for weeks.

While I rather not defend Larry Craig, it is questionable that the
stuff he did in the stall was to solicit sex with the guy in the next
stall. Seriously, putting your foot too close to the other stall means
"let's get it on?" Says who? It's not like that that deal regarding
Bob Allen.

Yeah - the government took taxpayer's money to pay some vice cop to lurk
in the restrooms and entrap guys so he'd score a bust for activity that
shouldn't even be against the law in the first place!

I think the homophobes are insanely jealous of the gays, who can get a
free blow job practally anywhere in the country practically any time of
day or night. ;-)

Cheers!

It depends upon how it's done.  ALso, IIRC it wasnt' just putting his foot
too close to the stall, IIRC said foot extended into the neighboring stall
and tapped the foot of the guy in said stall.  That is way more than just "a
wide stance"!  Also, signals are signals precisely because they'd be
understood by someone with similar, well, "interests", and not understoodby
those who don't.

Personally, being very protective of my personal space (and, OK, somewhat
paranoid), if someone shoved their foot into *mine* while I was on the pot,
said foot would very likely end up with several broken bones.

Breaking bones is a bit extreme. Maybe you could give that shoe a
special #2 shine er um if you know what I mean.

And you know those rather personal "facts" how?

I've met homophobes before. ;-)

The fact that they entrap people who are doing no harm has been well-
known for decades.

Cheers!

OK, that *would* be acceptable ;)

Has anyone checked to see how big the stalls are and what kinda "spread" one
would have if on the toilet? maybe it is impractical to take a shit like
that?

That is the funniest thing I heard all day!! Thanks.
Remember though Republicans are full of shit, so what's impractical
for the rest of us......

Just kidding Thompson. You're only about COS(30)% shit. :)

BTW - Is this an old thread??
Why is Larry Craig back in the news? Did I miss something?

Because I saw on tv today that he was trying to get the public to pay his
legal fee's. At first he was using his campaign fee's. This guys a moron and
needs to be shot. Not that he' s not much worse than most democrats but
democrats sure love to latch on to guys like this and paint all
convservatives the same.

Also swiping his left hand under the right side of the stall, multiple
times, palm up.

One of the few advantages of being classed as disabled are the larger
stalls, with the toilet away from dividers.  And I always have my cane
to give them an nice limp, if anyone ever tried.

Do you think no one else uses those stalls?

Allegedly, the bigger, disabled-persons stalls are good for 3-ways.
Or even 4-ways if you can fit Craig, Foley and a couple congressional
pages in there... :)
