I am not so good with electronics. But I do have some knowledge.
https://sautter.com/blog/ethernet-on-esp32-using-lan8720/ I was trying what Frank Sautter had suggested in this link . What it mentions is I need to use the enable pin of the oscillator and connect that to the NC pin on the header and take that to the pin 17 on my esp32 board also I need to pulldown this pin. Also I need to use a pullup on the pin 0 so that it remains high during the bootup but later on can be used to give the clk input from the lan8720 board. Now I made the soldering according to the https://sautter.com/blog/ethernet-on-esp32-using-lan8720/ . Exactly. However I didnt have a very good soldering since my solder tip is not so small. Could I have damaged the oscillator because this isnt working.

Get a new oscillator and a fine soldering tip.

I hope I havent closed this issue..Like in the original post above my lan8720 board crystal is gone bad. I am trying the esp32 internal APLL clk to give clk to the lan8720 board now. I have made the hardware changes. But what I notice is when I connect lan8720 to the esp32 board and its(lan8720) getting the power from the vcc and gnd pins of esp32.I am not having a solid green led on the lan8720 RJ45 connector. Its very dim . Can you suggest how I should troubleshoot this.
